Stratton Chapel, located in the First Presbyterian Church downtown, features a collection of photographs taken from as early as 1840. Taken as a whole the photos offer a grand depiction of life in Natchez over the course of its early history. Over 500 photographs of steamboat activities along the river, the families and homes of Natchez, and downtown Natchez as it once looked in the days of old are part of the collection.
